FemdomX is a BDSM/femdom-themed dating & interaction platform where adults can chat, voice/video call, and arrange consensual sessions. All interactions must be between consenting adults. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Premium & Credit Model (Summary)

Premium: $100 = 200 credits. Credits are valid for 30 days and can be used for messages, voice/video calls, likes, etc.
Gifts are billed separately; Premium users may receive discounted gift pricing.
Credits are virtual, non-refundable (once consumed), non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Service Policy — 50 Rules

Adults Only: Service is strictly 18+.
Consent First: All activity requires informed, ongoing, and enthusiastic consent.
Boundaries: Discuss limits early; when someone says “stop,” you stop.
Safety: You are responsible for your own safety online and offline.

Health & Risk: You accept physical/psychological risks associated with BDSM practices.

Minor Safety: Any content involving minors (real or simulated) is strictly forbidden.
Privacy: Do not share, save, or distribute private content without explicit permission.
Recording: Obtain written/explicit permission before recording any call or session.
Fraud: No scams, crypto cons, fake investments, or money requests.
Sex Work Notice: We do not provide escorting; any paid interaction is your own responsibility and must comply with local laws.
Substances: Illegal drug promotion or distribution is prohibited.
Hate Speech: No hate or discriminatory content.
Impersonation: Do not pose as someone else.
Spam/Bots: No spam, mass messaging, scraping, or automation abuse.
Profile Accuracy: Use truthful info; deepfakes or stolen photos are forbidden.
Content Ownership: You own your uploads; see license below.
License to FemdomX: You grant a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, display, and operate your content within the service.
Content Removal: We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Moderation: Reports are reviewed; violations may lead to restrictions or termination.
Reporting: Report issues via in-app tools or the contact page.
Account Security: Use strong passwords and 2FA; you’re responsible for account activity.
Plans & Pricing: Fees/benefits are published on site and may change with notice.
Credit Usage: Actions (messages, voice/video minutes, likes, profile views, etc.) may consume credits as listed in our usage tables.
Gifts & Extras: Gifts are separately priced; Premium discounts may apply.
Payments: Payments may use third-party processors (e.g., USDT/TRC20); network fees may apply.
Invoices & Taxes: Taxes or fiscal duties may apply per local law.
Refunds: Consumed/allocated credits are non-refundable; billing errors will be reviewed.
Chargebacks: Unfounded chargebacks can result in account limits/closure and debt recovery.
Availability: Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
Fair Use: No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized API use.
Third-Party Links: External links are your responsibility.
Risk Disclosure: Follow SSC/RACK principles; know your equipment and limits.
No Professional Advice: We do not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice.
No Party to Deals: We are not a party to user-to-user agreements; we provide a platform.
Offline Activities: We do not control your meetups, payments, or materials; you assume all risk.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies.
